How Does It work?

How Boost Your Energy (BYE) works:

  • The day you purchase the program, you will immediately receive a cookbook with a shopping list and links to products you will need to order to set your kitchen (and you) up for success.
  • 5 days later, you will start receiving BYE. This will entail 3 voice memos per day delivered via text messages and/or emails that are 90 seconds each. At the end of the program you’ll have 21 new tools for the busy entrepreneur to remind you to eat, move, hydrate, and breathe!
  • The night before the program starts, you will receive a reminder for what you need to have prepared for the next day.
  • Each day’s lessons are structured to be tacked at points of convenience in an effort to not impact your already busy day:
    • A lesson for right out of bed, Awake.
    • A lesson for mid-day when you start to drag, Energy Boost.
    • A lesson for promoting rest, Sleep.

What can you expect by the end of the program?
