  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  1. Pour the avocado into a medium mixing bowl and use a fork to mash.
  2. Add in the remainder of the ingredients (reserving the cilantro) and stir to combine.
  3. Top with extra fresh cilantro and serve with veggies and other snacks.
