Hi, I’m Esther Blum–integrative dietitian, writer, mom, and lover of any exercise I can do in 20 minutes or less. I’m the girl who never lost the last 10 pounds and lived happily ever after. And so every day I work with women to make sure that they love themselves and believe that they truly are enough no matter what the scale says. I’ve also overcome mercury toxicity and Epstein-Barr Virus and as a result have coached thousands of women to help them eliminate the need for medication, lose stubborn belly fat, reverse chronic illness, and smile when they look in the mirror. I spend a lot of my time looking at complex medical research and make it super user-friendly so my clients can learn and apply cutting edge science and put their own chronic health struggles to rest. I believe our bodies have the infinite wisdom to heal when given the right tools to do so. It’s my mission to create a world where people use food as medicine and learn to dial in to their body’s needs through diet, exercise, and mindset shifts. I have a wicked sense of humor and get as excited about hearing what you’re eating as I do about your pooping habits.
