I love a lot of play and flexibility in my eating – hard and fast rules feel very restrictive and trigger me into a place of scarcity and deprivation.
I strongly recommend you make your eating and your life sustainable by building indulgence and pleasure into your eating. This means you have foods you love one to three times per week. Buuuuut… you must stay wickedly present when you eat your favorite foods, savor the flavor, and commit to stopping when you’re full. There are so many juicy nuggets of wisdom in here – I hope you enjoy!
