I’m sitting on my deck, sipping some steaming hot earl grey, and thinking about something that’s always on my mind: Failure.
And you know what I think?
I think that BELIEF IN FAILURE = FAILURE TO BELIEVE.
All failure really is is an OPPORTUNITY to learn and grow from our mistakes.
The WILLINGNESS TO FAIL is all you need to set yourself up for growth and success.
Just because you don’t reach your goals doesn’t mean you are a failure–it just means you need to reassess your plan.
What constitutes true failure is WALKING AWAY when the shit hits the fan. It means it just wasn’t important to you in the first place.
You had a plan B out of the gate before you even gave plan A a true shot.
If you want to lose body fat but keep eating foods that don’t serve you, you just don’t want it badly enough.
If you want to get in shape but don’t commit to creating time in your day to work out, you just don’t want it badly enough.
If you want better health but fail to prioritize yourself and your life, you probably don’t really want it.
FAILURE TO BELIEVE in YOURSELF and your GOALS = FAILURE TO ACHIEVE.
UNWAVERING, UNAPOLOGETIC, POWERFUL CLARITY AND COMMITMENT = RESULTS.
