One of my favorite catchphrases is, “Don’t let perfect be the enemy of done” (props to Brene Brown for this one!)
As a recovering perfectionist, I have learned the art of doing things CONSISTENTLY vs perfectly. Most people come to me with an all or nothing mentality which is totally unsustainable and leaves you with no wiggle room when it comes to your eating. I’d rather see you add slowly and build and master 1-2 amazing habits at a time and be super consistent than to try and dramatically change your diet but fail out of the gate.
